When a .080 or .100 spacer plate is installed under the cylinder, in turbo or stroker applications, the cam chain is stretched so tightly that the OEM cam chain tensioner can no longer be installed – The tensioner has effectively become too long. Our CNC machined, 6061-T6 billet aluminum spacer plate moves the tensioner rearward. Uses OEM hardware. Two OEM gaskets suggested.
