Brock’s Performance is an authorized inspection center for BST Carbon Fiber wheels and will inspect any BST wheel in order to correctly diagnose whether it is repairable. The inspection service is a free service (owner is responsible for shipping charges).
Brock’s Performance will contact you after the inspection with recommended repairs as well as an estimate for repairs. If the wheel is repairable and the estimate is accepted, we will ship the wheel to the factory located in Johannesburg, South Africa for repairs.
The repair service will take 5-7 weeks to complete.
Information about repairs: Hubs can often be re-used if
they have not been damaged, thereby making the repair cost more favorable than a brand new wheel. All refurbished wheels will carry the 2 year warranty. If the hubs have been damaged,
the wheel cannot be repaired, as the carbon parts cannot have new hubs attached to them.

- Repairs include new steel bearings installed and can be upgraded to ceramic bearings, $115 for front wheels and $185 for rear wheels, we will not reuse bearings
